Having had micro suction to my ears a few times in the past, I can without doubt confirm my procedure with Justine today was by far the best I have experienced! Justine was so professional throughout, explaining everything at each stage enabling me to feel relaxed and confident from start to finish. My ears are sensitive but with Justine’s steady and gentle touch I hardly felt a thing. She showed me before (blocked) and after photos of my ear drums (perfectly clean) and even a short video of the wax being removed. All in all a very enjoyable experience that I can high recommend. Thank you Justine, look forward to seeing you again.
