Had my ears cleaned out 18 September-2025 (age 45) after suffering from sinus problems including block ears, dizziness and headaches. Justine done a fantastic job with cleaning them out and boy were they blocked. already feeling better. Justine is very polite bubberly and professional would highly recommend.

I attended Crescent Pharmacy today where Justine used micro suction to de wax my right ear (as advised by the Audiologist at Lister). We were both greatly surprised to find that there was an old dome from one of my hearing aids embedded in my ear! The hospital Audiologist hadn’t identified that. I hadn’t used hearing aids with that particular dome for 4 years! As it was my first experience of ear suction I was very impressed by Justine’s clear explanation of all her actions during the procedure. I am very grateful to Justine, and would certainly recommend her to friends and family.
